Diet & Hydration
Diet- This area indicates your nutrition. Our diet and nutrition are what fuel our body and improper nutrition can lead to distortions in many other of the body’s organs and systems. In this screen we are not looking for a specific kind of diet. Just that it is well balanced, whole and is not causing your body any allergies.
Hydration- This area indicates not just the actual amount of water or H202 that we consume, but more importantly how much “structured” water or H302 that we are consuming. H302 actually coverts the photons in our body into electrons. This is important as when we are outside or in sunlight the H302 in our body is positively charged thus providing us with energy. Our body’s cells create H302, the best way to keep your body hydrated and continuing to create H302 in your body is to get plenty of fresh air and quality outdoor sunlight. You must also drink the “cleanest” water that you have access to. Including but not limited to: clean bottled water, mineral water, vortex water and filtrated water.
Movement & Oxygenation
Movement– This area indicates your ability to move enough to get all of the nutrients & oxygen in your blood to all of your cells that need those nutrients. We are not concerned with the types of exercises that you do. However sitting sedentary or lying still quite often will not properly move nutrients and oxygen to all of the cells in your body that need them.
Regular exercise delivers more energy. Period. And you get a bonus if you do it first thing in the morning. Why? Exercise floods the body with oxygen. It helps you to think more clearly, preparing you for whatever the day throws your way. And it primes your mental attitude to make healthy choices throughout the day. Movement of any kind works. Research has shown that people who exercise consistently have more energy and less fatigue. Cardiovascular exercise will increase your energy and sharpen your focus.
- Take a walk, try a short bike ride
- Try low weight lifting
- Try HIIT
Oxygen– This area indicates your ability to breath. It shows up in cases of sleep apnea, smokers or clogged lungs, asthmatics, shallow breathers, people with really low mobility and in cases of severe stress.
Most of your energy comes from oxygen. Some 90% in fact, with around 7.5% from light and magnetism, and only 2.5% from food. So take in a deep breath. It doesn’t cost anything. It makes you feel more alive, more energized and more positive. Good oxygenation is, well, absolutely fundamental of course. Without oxygen, the cells don’t last for long. Consider though how sub-optimal oxygen delivery to your cells could be affecting your energy, your focus, your mood and your all-round ability to keep fit and well. It’s crucial for brain and nervous system function. It strengthens the cardiovascular system. It rejuvenates your glands and your hormones. It boosts your immune system and helps the immune cells to destroy microbes. It helps you to clear toxins and waste products from your system. It helps you digest and absorb your food. Consider how some of the so-called disease and conditions of aging, including loss of hearing, sight and memory, may simply be the cells crying out for more oxygen and energy. The mitochondria in your cells use it to burn sugar and fat to make ATP, your energy currency. A good, expansive movement of the diaphragm helps to stretch and energize the digestive tract, the liver and all other the digestive organs. Good oxygenation also depends on the quality of the blood. Iron, B12, B6, folate and copper are needed to make the hemoglobin that carries oxygen in the red blood cells. The fatty acid composition of the cell membrane is important. A fluid cell membrane contains more unsaturated fats, which are more reactive and attractive to oxygen. When this shows up take a look in the scan results for Lung Driver and how well your lungs are powering oxygen delivery to your cells. Look also at the Heart/Lung Integrator and the communication between the heart and the lungs. Poor lung oxygenation may signify sadness or depression.
- Enjoy Fresh Air. By the sea, in the countryside, but even city dwellers can find a park and some trees.
- Exercise Outdoors. Go walking, do some gardening, just pop out for a 5 min lunch-break, make it a habit to get out for longer at weekends.
- Keep Indoor Plants. They help to oxygenate your home. Keep them free of moulds though. Or use air purifiers and ionizers.
- Learn how to breathe. But check in with your breathing first.
Day & Night
Day– This are indicates how well turned your body is to outside rhythm during the day. This area often will show up in body fields that have a hard time getting up in the morning. It will also show up when you do not get enough exposure to the sun or if your body does not do well in the sun. It is important to spend adequate time and quality time in the sun and allowing your body’s skin and cell to absorb the sun light. Remember, too much sun exposure can lead to what is known as “over exposure” to sunlight and cause other harmful distortions to your body. It matches to the sympathetic nervous system, giving energy and drive during the day. Use this in the morning and/or during the day.
Night- This area indicates how well you are able to fall asleep at night and/or the ability to get true restful sleep at night. This area will also come up if you have too much exposure to blue light at night. Blue light exposure will be items such as: TV’s, LED lights, etc.
BFA & Polarity/Grounding
BFA- This area indicates how well your body’s magnetic fields are aligning with the earth’s magnetic fields. Just like our body- the earth has magnetic fields that are formed by the earth’s core, rotation and how the sun light exposure hits the earth at different times of the day. Now this is a tricky field to pin point directly. When our body fields are not aligning with the earths fields it could be for a wide array of reasons.
Polarity & Grounding- This area indicates how grounded your body is. It is proven that when your body is not grounded it builds up too much positive charge in your body which is a major contributor to inflammation and body aches.
Liquid Remedy For Restoration
Diet Liquid Remedy
Hydration Liquid Remedy
Movement Liquid Remedy
Oxygenation Liquid Remedy
Day Liquid Remedy
Night Liquid Remedy– helps the body to produce energy and burn fat at night. It matches to the parasympathetic nervous system, which governs rest and repair. It helps to protect against electromagnetic radiation and artificial light pollution while you sleep. It also helps the body sync with natural circadian rhythms and produce melatonin and DHEA at night. Use this in the hours of darkness before sleeping

Its effect is to stabilize and better organize your body, so it tends to help you to feel more secure within your physical body. When it’s shown as a priority, using it to realign your body helps to make the other liquid remedies in your protocol more effective.
Polarity & Grounding Liquid Remedy– contains the information for charge and light, helping your body to re-establish Polarity to its natural, optimal state. It aids in correcting distortions brought about by air travel, exposure to electromagnetic fields, geopathic stress and long-term stress and health issues. Re-establishing the body’s polarity supports general improvements in health, mental integration, and positivity.
